Delete your MacroMint AI account

MacroMint AI is published by MacroMint. This page explains how to delete your account and everything stored against it.

From inside the app

Open MacroMint AI and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email app.macromint@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply within 30 days.

This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no recovery window. If you want a copy of your food history, take it before you delete.

What gets deleted

Everything, straight away:

Your account and sign-in identity
Your health profile — age, height, weight, waist, activity level, family history
Every food log and daily total
Your risk assessment answers, scores and history
Your AI coach conversation history
Your app rating and any private comments you left with it
Your votes on feature requests
Streaks, calorie and macro targets, and saved preferences

Feature requests you posted stay on the board, with no name attached, so an idea other people voted for is not deleted with your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Server logs that may contain an IP address are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then discarded. They are not linked to your deleted account.

Advertising events already sent to Meta (app install, app open, that a feature was opened) stay with Meta under Meta's own policies. Deleting your MacroMint AI account stops new events from this app. It does not erase history Meta already received. That is described in the privacy policy.
